Do I need a prescription to buy anything?
No, you can purchase any of our products without a prescription.
NOTE: A prescription is necessary to bill Manitoba Health or any other 3rd party insurer.

Do I need an appointment?
No appointments are necessary; however, if you require a custom made product please call ahead to ensure a specialist will be available to assist you.

Will someone at Diamond Athletics be able to assess my injury?
No, the highly trained staff of Diamond Athletics are not able to assess injuries. We will, however, make sure that the device/brace your professional health care provider has prescribed is properly fitting and explain how and what it's supposed to do for you.

Will Manitoba Health pay for my brace?
Manitoba Health will partially or fully cover the cost of many products. However, until one of our professionally trained staff reads the prescription, we will not be able to answer that question.

Does Diamond Athletics direct bill to insurance companies?
Diamond Athletics cannot directly bill to your private insurance. We will however provide you with a proper receipt in duplicate to provide to your carrier. We can and will however bill all valid MPIC and WCB claims.
