How to Order

We do not have online ordering or inventory tracking, but have a team of professionals on staff to help you. Simply select products to add to your shopping list and a health care professional will be in contact soon to discuss and process your order.

Please note for orders being shipped outside of Canada, we do not charge or collect any fees relating to sales tax, duty, brokerage or tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

Refund & Return Policy

Some stock items have a 30-day return policy. Refunds will be issued provided that the item is in new re-saleable condition, as deemed by a sales associate and/or management, and includes all the original packaging.

All special order items must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. In certain situations special orders may be returned, but may be subject to a re-stocking fee set by the supplier.

Please note that orthopedic braces, supports, and stockings are devices that are considered single person use and cannot be returned once they have been worn or soiled, unless otherwise stated in writing by the manufacturer. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the product that you have purchased prior to wearing it.

Do I need a prescription to buy anything?

You can purchase any of our products without a prescription.
NOTE: A prescription is necessary to bill Manitoba Health or any other 3rd party insurer.

Do I need an appointment?

Appointments are not necessary; however, if you require a custom made product please call ahead to ensure a specialist will be available to assist you.

Will someone at Diamond Athletic be able to assess my injury?

Diamond Athletic staff are highly trained to ensure that the device/brace your professional healthcare provider has prescribed is properly fitting and to explain how and what it's supposed to do for you. However, they are not able to assess injuries.

Will Manitoba Health pay for my brace?

Manitoba Health will partially or fully cover the cost of many products. However, one of our professionally trained staff must read the prescription before coverage can be assessed.

Does Diamond Athletic direct bill to insurance companies?

Diamond Athletic will provide you with a proper receipt in duplicate to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
All valid MPI and WCB claims can and will be billed directly by Diamond Athletic.
